All information provided on this website is kept confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of processing and shipping your order.
Shipping times are separate from production or order processing times. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Delivery delays may occur, particularly in extended or remote service areas. These delays are beyond the control of Joliesse Collective and are the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier. Therefore, we are unable to offer compensation for delayed deliveries.
The customer is responsible for tracking their package once it has been shipped. If an order is returned to our workshop due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, IMPORT FEES, OR OTHER CHARGES UPON ARRIVAL IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. ALL SUCH FEES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
