What are the return policies?
All our pieces are handmade, so they may have slight variations that make them unique. Therefore, all sales are final and we do not offer exchanges or returns unless your piece arrives with a problem or is not what you ordered. In that case, you can contact us within the first 48 hours with photos and your order details, and we will gladly review your case.
Which shipping companies do they use?
We ship throughout Mexico with DHL, and for Monterrey and the metropolitan area we offer local courier service. For the United States, contact us on Instagram to place your order and receive shipping options.

It takes us 2 business days to process all orders (custom orders take 1 week) + the shipping time you choose.

Can I cancel my purchase?
Once your order has been processed, we cannot make cancellations.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact the shipping company directly. In case your package is lost, the customer and Joliesse Collective must complete the lost package claim process with the shipping company.
