All information provided on this website is confidential and will only be used to ship your order.
Shipping time is independent of production time or order processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number.
Delivery delays may occur, especially in extended or difficult-to-access areas. Such delays are beyond Joliesse Collective's control and are the sole responsibility of the shipping company, so we cannot offer compensation for delivery delays.
The customer is responsible for tracking their package once it has been shipped. If an order is returned to our workshop due to incorrect or incomplete information on the shipping label, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the new shipment.

Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend carefully reading the description of each product before making your purchase.
Since all our pieces are handcrafted and handmade, they may have slight variations from the photo, which is what makes them unique and special.
Exceptions will only be made if the product received is different from what was ordered or arrived in poor condition. If this is your case, please send an email to info@joliessecollective.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including:
- Full name
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the product
Joliesse Collective reserves the right to evaluate each case and reject return, exchange, or repair requests that do not meet the established conditions.
Ordering errors (such as selecting the wrong model or size) or changes of mind do not qualify as defects.
Our pieces are made with delicate materials and artisanal processes. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, drops, impacts, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals are not considered manufacturing defects.
