Joliesse Collective was established in 2025 by Melissa Janeth Farías Cebrián
The story of Joliesse Collective stems from the passions of its founder, Melissa Janeth, who has found in jewelry and furniture design a form of artistic expression and a means to celebrate beauty in the everyday.
Her journey in jewelry began in 2019,
While studying at the Lorenzo de Medici University in Florence, Italy, she discovered her passion for jewelry and took her first classes with teachers who profoundly influenced her creative process. She learned about design, manufacturing, and the value of detail and the story behind each piece. In 2021, she continued her training with the Ikcha diploma program in Monterrey, where she delved deeper into materials and techniques. A year later, in 2022, she explored 3D jewelry modeling, allowing her to discover new ways to transform her ideas into tangible pieces. The vision for Joliesse as a brand was always with her, but it was the years of practice, experimentation, and learning in her bedroom workshop that led her to create a finished product ready to share.
Their story with furniture began earlier, in 2016,
While studying Industrial Design at Tecnológico de Monterrey, she developed an interest in materials, processes, and functionality. After graduating in 2021, she completed a rendering program in Guadalajara that allowed her to bring her ideas to life with clarity and develop a personal aesthetic that now distinguishes her work. She realized that just as jewelry could be personal and convey individuality, furniture design also had the power to do that, to connect on an emotional level.
Joliesse Collective was born
Between 2019 and 2025, Melissa gathered ideas, concepts, and sketches she created in her free time. She drew inspiration from her travels, art, music, fashion, nature, lifestyles, and the elegance of iconic figures like Audrey Hepburn. From these experiences, Joliesse Collective was born, with a clear purpose: to celebrate the beauty that exists in our surroundings and in everyday moments.
Joliesse is, in essence, an invitation to live with intention, to find art in the everyday and to enjoy the art of living , refining every moment.
