All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review each product description before completing your purchase.
As all of our pieces are handcrafted and made by hand, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
Exceptions will only be considered if the item received is different from the one ordered or arrives damaged. If this applies to your order, please email info@joliessecollective.com or joliessecollective@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, including the following information:

Joliesse Collective reserves the right to evaluate each case individually and to reject requests for returns, exchanges, or repairs that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
Ordering errors (such as selecting the wrong model, size, or variation) and changes of mind do not qualify as product defects.
Our pieces are crafted using delicate materials and artisanal techniques. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, drops, impacts, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals is not considered a manufacturing defect.
